The location is perfect for visiting Knott's Berry Farm and local restaurants. Our room wasn't as clean as expected, with some dust and debris around.

Spacious family suites are a plus. The elevators were mostly out of order, causing long waits. Lots of nearby dining options, which is convenient.

Enjoyed my city break at this hotel! Affordable rates and spacious rooms were perfect for my big family. The convenient location near Knott's Berry Farm and Rock and Brews made exploring the area a breeze.
The outdated decor and occasional room issues were a downside. From non-working air conditioners to subpar cleanliness in some areas, the hotel could benefit from renovations and better maintenance.

We took a break from reality and explored the old-school theme park filled with crazy roller coasters and spinny rides that set our hearts racing. It was like being in a whirlwind of fun and adrenaline, feeling like kids all over again!
My kids wished for more organized family activities.

Location near popular theme park, spacious room with necessary amenities, and convenient size for a group of friends or family.
Room had missing bedding for pullout couch, unresponsive staff to fix broken A/C and TV remote, lack of professionalism in handling complaints and refunds, and overall unsatisfactory customer service.

Chow down on a gourmet fried chicken sandwich in a trendy food hall. Enjoy warm and sunny weather year-round. Kids will love the fun Discovery Cube. Scheduled shuttle to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm.

We hit up the epic Black Star Canyon Trail and Disney's Star Wars ride! Concerts at Farmers Park were sick, and we screamed our hearts out on those crazy roller coasters! Total teen paradise!
More late-night activities for party animals like us could amp up the vibe! .

First up, let's chat about the heating and air conditioning. Our room was like a rollercoaster ride, with the A/C going from icy cold to a sauna in a snap. And don't get me started on trying to figure out the thermostat , it was either blasting or completely off! Now, onto the garden furniture , well, there wasn't any. The area looked like it had seen better days, with some parts falling apart. When it comes to laundry, let's just say it was a bit of a nightmare. The laundry room was a mess, and we had to wait forever just to use a machine. Not to mention, half the time the machines were out of order. It was a real hassle, to be honest. The location was spot, on, making it easy to get around. And I have to give a shoutout to the pool , it was a refreshing oasis in the chaos. Despite the hiccups, with a little love and attention to detail, this place could really shine. It's got potential, but there are definitely some areas that need some serious TLC.
